2008 Ontario Fun Pass
Have a Fun summer in Ontario!

 

The Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of Culture are pleased to once again offer the Fun Pass for 2008.  The Fun Pass, distributed to 1.5 million elementary school children through their schools in June, gives one free child’s admission (14 years and under), with one paid adult or senior’s admission, to visit the province’s best attractions July 1 to September 1, 2008.  

 

  • Niagara Parks Commission (Butterfly Conservatory, Old Fort Erie)
  • Huronia Historical Parks (Sainte-Marie among the Hurons, Discovery Harbour)
  • Science North
  • St. Lawrence Parks Commission (Fort Henry, Upper Canada Village)
  • Fort William Historical Park
  • McMichael Canadian Art Collection
  • Ontario Place (Play All Day Pass)
  • Royal Ontario Museum
  • Royal Botanical Gardens
  • Ontario Science Centre
  • Ontario Heritage Trust properties (Uncle Tom's Cabin, Barnum House, Fulford Place, Elgin and Winter Garden Theatres, Homewood Museum)
  • Ontario Parks (Daily Vehicle Permit discount)

 

 

There is a limit of one coupon per paying adult or senior and some restrictions may be noted on the coupon. 

The Fun Pass is not valid for any special events, any programs outside of regular daily operating hours, or any separately ticketed programs/events, such as:

 

  • Shoppers Drug Mart® OMNIMAX® Theatre or Facing Mars Exhibition at the Ontario Science Centre
  • Rogers™ Chinese Lantern Festival at Ontario Place
  • CNE rides and attractions at Exhibition Place

School Boards will distribute the Fun Passes to their schools, and private schools will receive the Fun Passes directly for distribution with students’ final report cards.

 

 

For home schooled students, the Ontario Christian Home Educators Connection and the Ontario Federation of Teaching Parents are participating in the Fun Pass program and will be communicating with their members.
