Ontario is encouraging families to rediscover the province this March Break at one of the province’s many tourist attractions.
Ontario tourist attractions, which play an important role in the province’s economic and social prosperity, will offer a variety of special programs and events for the week-long school holiday.
During March Break, Ontario families can learn about the sharks of Canada in London, explore live, interactive science exhibits in Sudbury, experience life as a 19th century soldier in Kingston, or discover their new favourite painting at one of the province’s many art galleries.
These are only a small sampling of the many attractions you and your family can enjoy during March Break.
"There’s no place like this,” said the Honourable Monique Smith, Minister of Tourism. “Tourist attractions invigorate local economies and raise the profile of our tourism industry. Ontario attractions offer plenty of choices for families to be together, experience something new, and have fun during March Break. I encourage families to explore Ontario and to enjoy all the exciting experiences this province has to offer.”
- Monique Smith, Minister of Tourism
