McGuinty Government Supporting Niagara Region

 

Tourism Minister Peter Fonseca toured the Niagara region from January 23 to 25. He met with regional tourism partners, delivered a keynote address to the Niagara Falls Chamber of Commerce and concluded the tour by helping to kick off the 13th Annual Icewine Classic Weekend. Minister Fonseca announced a $70,000 investment to support development and programming of the event, as well as $46,500 to promote the Niagara Ice Wine Festival, which ends on February 3.
